| Dear partners and friends,
My prayer for you this Christmas/ New Year is you will taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8). A great way to taste the Lord is to meditate on His precious promises (2 Peter 1:4). Meditation on His Word is the receiving of His spiritual seed (Mark 4:26). If we receive His seed, it won’t be long before we ‘experience’ His power (Mark 4:20)! Life and power is released from seed when it is planted into good ground. The seed of God’s promises will release God’s power into your life. God’s power is good (1 John 4:8)! Experiencing His goodness leads to a more holy life:
The goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance. Romans 2:4
I have just visited the nation of Vietnam. We were able to impart teaching, encouragement, and the power of God’s Holy Spirit to many church leaders and some congregations. A young couple, and a single lady, in the house churches came forward and knelt to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord.
As we remember this year 2008, let us give thanks to the Lord for His mercy and grace. For all the things, small and great, we achieved in advancing the Lord’s kingdom, let’s praise the Lord!
Thank you for your faithful partnership and friendship this year. I appreciate every loving word, action, encouragement, financial gift, prayer, and kind wish. Together we have done much. The victory belongs to you, me, and the Lord. We are all playing our part under the direction of the Lord, who is the master builder.
Bless you this Christmas! I pray the peace of Jesus Christ fills your life, family, and home. May His glory touch your heart! I pray that every good seed you have sown will abound towards you in supernatural multiplied abundance, in Jesus almighty name!

| Writing ministry:
- New book published “God’s Covenant of Healing”.
- Three other books re-edited.
Publishing Ministry
- More than 1,700 books distributed in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, and an undisclosed country.
- Four English titles published. “The Sword of the Spirit” also distributed in Thai, and Indonesian.
Preaching/ Teaching/ Leadership Training Ministry
- Preached over 100 times in six nations including: Australia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam, and an undisclosed nation.
- Many testimonies of the anointed Word of God changing men’s hearts and turning them towards the Lord.
Holy Spirit/ Power Ministry
- Hundreds of people prayed for with the laying on of hands. Many falling under the power of God and receiving God’s love and healing power.
- Significant numbers receive Jesus Christ as their Lord, and are born again. Christians receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit, and exercise the gift of the Holy Spirit, speaking in unknown tongues.

‘The Offense of the Cross’
(continued Pt 2)
| Let us continue our teaching from last month regarding ‘The Offense of the Cross’, in Paul’s letter to the Galatians:
Galatians 3:5 Paul argues that the ministry of the Holy Spirit which brings miracles is a result of faith in God’s Word, not obedience to law.
3:6 Abraham is sited as the example for righteousness. Abraham simply believed God (the law was not even mentioned during Abraham’s time, as it was introduced 430 years later). Belief made Abraham righteous in God’s eyes, not obedience to law.
3:7 When we simply believe God’s Word, we become the children of Abraham.
3:8 God’s plan was always to justify the nations of the world through faith, not obedience to law. The gospel of justification by faith was preached back in Genesis 12:3 in thee (Abraham) shall all families of the earth be blessed.
3:9 If we can remain in faith, we are blessed with Abraham. Can you see that the emphasis for being blessed in the New Covenant is being in faith, not obedience to law?
3:10 If we try and merit God’s blessing through obedience to law we are not in faith, and actually put ourselves under the curse. Those who try to be justified before God through obedience to law will always fall short (no-one is perfect) and will be judged by the law which will curse them.
3:11 It is evident; nobody is able to keep all the law. Justification therefore can only come through faith.
3:12 Christian faith believes God’s promises. It relies on Christ’s work through the cross as the basis for our justification. The law is not of faith, as it relies on man’s obedience and ability to keep the law. If the man who wants to live by law can keep the law he can live by the law (Leviticus 18:5), but if he breaks the law he is cursed by the law. As Romans 2:12 says, as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.
3:13 Through our faith in Christ, we are delivered from the curse contained in the law.
3:14 Through our faith in Christ, Abraham’s blessing has come upon us.
Say this prayer with me, “Father is heaven, I thank you that you understand no human is able to perfectly keep all the law, and you have provided a way we can be justified before you through simple faith in Jesus Christ. Thank you that when we believe in Jesus we are delivered from the curse of the law which includes: every sickness, financial poverty, fear, sorrow, and destruction (Deuteronomy 28:15-68). Thank you that through our faith in Jesus Christ we are blessed with Abraham’s blessing, which is every promise of God (2 Corinthians 1:20) including: healing, no want or need, financial provision, safety, protection, favour, and every blessing of the Lord.” | |
